Meet Filippo Giambanco, the heart and soul behind The Giambancos Italian Grill. Born and bred in the bustling kitchen of his father’s restaurant, Filippo, or Fil as he’s fondly known, learned the secrets of Italian cuisine from the best in the business. His father, a respected figure in the restaurant industry since 1976, passed down recipes and techniques that would come to define Fil’s culinary style.
In 2015, Filippo and his wife Cristina embarked on a journey to create their own brand. Drawing from Fil’s cherished childhood memories and years of hands-on experience, they established The Giambancos Italian Grill. This venture is a testament to the Giambanco legacy, carrying forward the family’s rich tradition while adding a fresh, modern twist.
We believe in delivering not just food, but an experience. Our patrons can expect homemade, scratch-made quality food that captures the authentic flavors of Italy.
